Your verbatim, rhythm and cadence. We ensure your content books calls & attracts your ICP.
Most ghostwriting fails for one reason. It sounds like the writer, not the person. Ours starts the other way around, with a series of recorded sessions that put hours of your own voice on record, because the only way to write like you is to first listen like nobody has before.
Here is exactly how it works, from the first questionnaire, through a recorded session for every content pillar, to a post your closest colleague would swear you wrote yourself.
The discovery questionnaire
We start with the facts.
Who you serve, the offer, the story, what you believe, and the exact client you want more of. It is the map we draw before the deep work begins, with a first sketch of your content pillars, so nothing about your world is guessed.
What we capture
- Your offer and who it is for
- The client you want to attract
- Your beliefs and your story
- The outcomes you are known for
The recorded session series
Then we talk, one content pillar at a time, recorded.
Your voice cannot be captured in one sitting, and we never pretend it can. Each session takes a single pillar and stays there. I ask, and then I ask more, from the theme into the topic, and from the topic into the stories, the clients, and the moments that shaped how you think about it. By the third or fourth question on the same subject the rehearsed answer has run out, and that is where the real person shows up, with the mannerisms, the rhythm, and the way you say something when you are not trying to sound clever.
What we capture
- A recorded session for every pillar
- The stories underneath each theme and topic
- The mannerisms and turns of phrase
- How you sound off the cuff, not on stage
Voice capture and transcription
Every recording is transcribed and studied.
We map your linguistic fingerprint, the way your sentences move, the phrases you reach for, the swing from plain and earthy to elevated and profound. It becomes your voice profile, a second brain that holds how you genuinely sound, ready to write from.
What we capture
- Your signature phrases, verbatim
- Sentence length and rhythm
- The words you use and the ones you never would
- The register swing that makes it unmistakably you
Tribe dossier and content pillars
We map the person on the other side.
Your ideal client’s world, their daily pains, their language, and what they want, all documented. Then the pillars we explored in session are sharpened into their final themes, so every piece has a home and a target rather than a blank page.
What we capture
- Your ideal client’s daily pains
- The language they actually use
- What they want but will not say
- Your content pillars and themes
Content in your voice
Now it writes as you.
Posts, articles, comments and messages, drawn from your own verbatim and woven with your real phrases, to your standard, approved by you before anything goes live. Not content that reads like anyone. Content that reads like you at your best, at a volume you could never hold alone.
What we capture
- Posts and articles in your voice
- Comments and messages that sound like you
- Two rounds of edits, your approval before it ships
- A body of work you own, not a rented feed
Why it takes a series
One session, one pillar, four layers down.
A single session is enough to go properly deep on one pillar and nowhere near enough for all of them. Here is what one session works through before we move to the next.
01
The pillar
One broad territory you want to be known for, such as how a senior leader holds a team together through a restructure.
02
The themes
The threads that keep returning inside it, like the first ninety days, the announcement, and the conversation a leader keeps putting off.
03
The topic
One thread pulled all the way, down to what you say to that client on the Tuesday morning after the news.
04
The story
The client you still think about, what you got wrong early on, and what you now believe that your field rarely says.
Multiply that by every pillar and you have the real size of the job. Surface questions produce the kind of content anyone could have written. Four layers down is where a post starts carrying a detail only you would know, and your ideal client can tell the difference within a line.
See it for yourself
From a spoken moment to a finished post.
The same idea, first as you said it in a recording, then as it reaches the feed. The rhythm stays. The filler goes.
Raw, from the audio
"I built a photography business first, and honestly I was good, I really was, but the work just wasn't coming, and it took me way too long to work out that being good and being found are two completely different things, you know?"
Finished, in your voice
I was good with a camera although the work still did not come. It took me too long to learn that being good and being found are two different things, and longer still to fix it. Being visible opens doors, it opens conversations, and it grants you access.
Nothing invented, nothing borrowed. Your own thought, kept in your own rhythm, with the hesitations and the filler taken out so the idea propagates. That is the whole craft, and it is only possible because the audio came first.
In the end, we build you a second brain.
Session after session of your thinking, pillar by pillar, captured and organised until the way you see your work lives somewhere outside your own head. It sounds a little strange the first time you hear it said out loud. It is also the reason the writing never drifts, never flattens, and never reads like a machine.
You give us the sessions, one pillar at a time. We spend the following months making sure the right people hear it, in your words, while you get on with the work only you can do.
